A Balance of Strategy and Empathy
My background spans strategy, transformation, and organisational resilience, in roles such as senior business analyst, organisational change manager, project manager and product owner.
Combined with training in coaching, this experience helps me create spaces where teams can pause, reflect and move forward with clarity.
